Slow Start Instructions

If this is the first time you have taken Organic Superfood we recommend you start off slowly by taking half a teaspoon in the morning and half a teaspoon in the evening for the first week.

This will give your body a chance to adjust to the Food.

After one week increase to one flat teaspoon morning and evening.
